Purposeful Warrior Meditations
Our meditation classes and programs focus on mindfulness practices and pranayama (breathing techniques) derived from ancient Vedic and Kundalini Yoga lineages. Pranayama encourages your life force to flow so you can generate the inner energy needed to survive and excel under society’s current pressures such as depression, stress, and fatigue.
Mindfulness meditation techniques allow you to slow down your thoughts and emotions, so you can become more present and connect to your true infinite self.
Our Meditation Strengths
Warm ups
Warming up the body prepares you for meditation so you can go deeper and reap greater benefits. All our sessions and programs begin with a few minutes of yoga exercises either seated on a chair or on the floor. View the primary warm up exercises here.
Focus point meditations
Each meditation involves a focus point whether it’s a yoga pose, your breath, a mantra, or a mudra (hand position).
This decreases mind distraction and allows you to go deeper into the meditation.
Life tools
Life constantly throws us challenges so we can grow. Being armed with tools such as breathing techniques and meditations allow us to conquer challenges faster and easier. Our programs are built to provide you with 1 – 3 minute meditation tools and emergency techniques to transform your energy from stress to success.
Daily practice
Just as we take a shower daily to clean our body, meditation is one of the most effective ways to clean our minds. Our programs are built to give you meditations you can take home to form your own daily practice even if it’s
5 – 20 minutes per day.

Our meditation classes arm beginners through to advanced meditators with tools to create a sense of peace and wellbeing within minutes. Starting at 20 minutes our classes can be catered and themed to suit your unique requirements.
